This customer in the Christwood Community of Covington opted to enclose their patio to create a large interior mudroom better fit to serve their needs. We framed out the new exterior walls and added insulation and ductwork. We then installed shiplap siding on the inside, which flowed beautifully with the existing brick they chose to keep from what used to be the exterior of the home. On the new exterior, we added house wrap and installed siding to match the rest of the home, and installed a new door and 2 new windows.
